3. Apple 系統框架不是第三方開源元件
本 App 使用 SwiftUI、Foundation、UIKit、UniformTypeIdentifiers、Darwin、WebKit、Network 和 Combine 等 Apple 平台框架。這些框架由 Apple SDK 提供，受 Apple 開發者協議、系統授權和平台規則約束；它們不是本 App 需要按第三方開源元件揭露的獨立開源依賴。
4. 第三方模型、平台和品牌標識不是本 App 的開源元件
本 App 可能顯示或連結到 Qwen、Gemma、DeepSeek、Phi、NVIDIA Nemotron、GPT-OSS、Whisper、OpenAI、ModelScope 等第三方模型、平台或品牌名稱，用於說明模型來源、模型系列或相容格式。App Store 發行版不使用這些第三方模型或平台的官方 logo；介面中的模型圖形為 App 自有的中性文字徽章。這些名稱、模型權重、商標、下載頁面和模型授權不屬於本 App 的開源元件，也不表示開發者取得對應模型權重、商標或平台內容的所有權。
使用者下載、匯入或執行第三方模型前，應查看對應模型頁面、模型授權、可接受使用政策、服務條款和適用法律。本 App 對相關名稱或連結的引用僅用於識別模型來源或相容對象，不構成官方合作、授權、背書、代理、經銷、隸屬或共同營運關係。
5. App 自有程式碼和資源
除上述開源元件和第三方標識外，本 App 的 Swift / Objective-C++ 橋接程式碼、介面程式碼、App 圖示、啟動畫面、App 自有 logo、文案、版面、診斷邏輯和產品體驗均為開發者自有或由開發者控制的專案內容，除非另有明確說明，不依開源授權授權給使用者。
